Free Next Working Day Delivery – UK
We offer free delivery to anywhere in the UK on every item in our store. In most instances the courier we use is DPD. If you’d like SMS updates on your delivery, please ensure a mobile number is provided at checkout. We aim to deliver on the next working day (Mon-Fri) for any orders placed before 3pm.
As an example, an order placed before 3pm on Thursday will be delivered on Friday. An order placed after 3pm on Thursday won’t be delivered until Monday. Any orders placed after 3pm on a Friday, or on Saturday or Sunday, will not be delivered until Tuesday. Please also bear in mind that we do not work on UK bank holidays or national holidays, so this will delay delivery and processing times.
We offer international shipping on most items in our store. Shipping costs will depend on the item size and quantity. The best way to find the cost is to add the product/s to your basket and initiate checkout and we will calculate the shipping cost for you. Want to return an item? We get it. Sometimes something’s just not quite right and you just need to send it back. We accept returns on all items within 30 days of purchasing, so long as the item is unused and in the same condition you received it. All products sold on The Case Farm come with a minimum warranty of 30 days after purchase. This includes any breakages or defects in workmanship.
Many products we sell are also covered by an extended warranty. These are covered below.
Please note that our warranty does not cover any damage to items stored inside cases.
3D Designed Foam Sets
The 3D designed foam sets that go into many of The Case Farm’s original products, such as drone cases and watch cases, are covered for one year, from the date of purchase, against breakages or defects in workmanship.
All Peli cases sold by The Case Farm are covered by the Peli Lifetime Guarantee. These cases are covered against breakages, forever. The guarantee becomes void if the case is physically changed or altered by the customer. Please note that any foam sets or other inserts such as TrekPak that may be sold inside a Peli case, are covered by their own warranties but not the Lifetime Guarantee.
TrekPak divider kits are covered for one year after purchase, against any breakages or defects in workmanship. Please note that the warranty becomes void if the TrekPak kit is not used in a ‘normal’ way – see below for clarification.
