In trying to save space in their design, many try to skim on the width between pockets in an insert. This will invariably result in a reduction in the protection provided by the foam.

To increase the protection of your items, follow the steps below….
Make sure the space between each pocket is at the very least 10mm.
If them item going into the pocket is particularly heavy, consider growing that wall space to at least 20mm
For the same reasons, we recommend leaving 10-20mm of foam to at the bottom of each pocket.
